How the law of karma and law of attraction interconnected?

How the law of karma and law of attraction interconnected :

Law of karma:

laws of karma means which types of seed you grow you will get the fruit that type .... if you grow the seed of waste plant so you will not get it's benefit ....here benefit is your fruit means karma.

Law of attraction :

The law of attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts people can bring positions or negative experiences in to their life.
the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. ... It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality. In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually.

I’d wish to explain a standard misunderstanding about karma and therefore the Law of Attraction.
Some people think that their future is already decided for them. They believe they have no control over anything that happens in their lives because their past actions determine whether good or bad things will happen. They can’t manifest what they want because they have no control over their destiny.

I’ve seen some people take karma to such an extreme that they believe that turning down a date means karma will never allow them to seek out happiness crazy .

How Does Karma Affect Your Life?

Karma is Ancient Sanskrit for “action.” It is based on the idea that anything that happens in your life is based on your actions. You can consider it as cause and effect where even something you probably did during a past life can have negative consequences for you today.
Some people use karma to elucidate why anything bad happens in their life. Essentially, they use karma to develop a victim mentality where karma becomes a scapegoat liable for all misfortunes.
Instead of taking responsibility for his or her lives, they point to karma.

Is Your Destiny Governed by Karma?
You shouldn’t view your life as being governed by karma. Anything that manifests is not a result of something you’ve done wrong in the past, either this lifetime or a previous one.
The Universe doesn’t judge your actions as right or wrong. It merely looks at what you want or don’t want. It does this by looking at what your vibration matches, and you always know what you’re vibration is by checking in with your feelings.

Your actions are never judged by the Universe.
Any labelling of your actions as right or wrong is arbitrary. It’s something we, as people, have created and is based on society, culture, etc. It’s a man-made construct.
How Your Past Affects the Law of Attraction
Your past actions don’t influence what you'll manifest in your life, unless you opt that they are doing .
What you create with the Law of Attraction is not a result of what you did yesterday, 3 years ago, or 5 lifetimes ago. What you create is a result of what you are vibrating RIGHT NOW.
However, your vibration can be affected by your beliefs. Many of your beliefs originated in the past. It is through these old beliefs that your past can govern your present.
If you have a belief you’ve had for a while, you may have given it a lot of attention, and thus a lot of power. This makes it easier to think thoughts that match this belief. The belief is still active in your vibration and is affecting your NOW. You aren’t manifesting bad experiences because of past actions. You are manifesting them because the belief is still active!

You aren’t manifesting arguments with friends, a dead-end job, or health problems as a form of punishment because you said something mean to someone. However, if you are feeling guilty or upset because you said something mean, you'll manifest something negative, but it might be because
the feelings of guilt and upset are affecting your vibration, not because you incurred bad karma.
So Does Karma Even Exist?
Nope.
Karma is based on the idea that if something bad happens to you, it’s because you did something bad and are now being punished.

As I’ve already explained, the Universe doesn’t work that way.
The Universe wants the best for you. It doesn’t want to hurt you.

The Universe doesn’t judge you as good or bad. It doesn’t punish you for your actions.
The idea of retribution is made by humans. It is not made by the Universe.

The very concept that you’ll be punished for bad behavior is based in fear – the fear that you can be hurt for not acting in an appropriate way.
But any idea of appropriate behavior may be a human construct. The Universe isn’t set up to punish you for your actions. People might punish you, but the Universe isn’t the one that will punish you. The Universe won’t block you from love, money, good health, a happy family, or anything else.
The Universe simply wants you to feel good, and it will do what it can to help you feel better and better.

I know that we live in a world where we can be punished if we don’t pay our bills. We are punished for answering a question wrong on an exam. We are punished for disobeying our parents. Any time we don’t follow the rules created by other humans, we can be punished – by other humans.
But it is never the Universe that is punishing you because of a past action.
The Universe will not keep you from manifesting what you want to teach you a lesson.
That isn’t how the Universe works.
Karma doesn’t affect the Law of Attraction…or your life.

Thus,Law of karma and law of attraction are interconnected.

Law of attraction is based on the concept that what you think repeatedly will tend to manifest. But it will manifest only if one has an entitlement or karma to receive it. ... Rather one can use law of karma to create a prosperous life. Law of karma simply states that what we sow is what we reap.

History :

The Merrill–Cazier Library opened in September 2005. The building integrated the Cazier Science and Technology Library with a 189,000-square-foot (17,600 m2) expansion, replacing the 74-year-old Merrill Library. The library is known as for Milton R. Merrill, former Utah State University vice chairman , and Stanford Cazier, former Utah State University president.

The original Merrill Library was inbuilt 1930 by the Whitmeyer Company of Ogden, Utah and expanded in 1967.[4] A second library, the Cazier Science and Technology Library, was added to campus in 1995.[5]

The Merrill–Cazier Library recently marked its 100th anniversary as a regional us Government document depository.

The Building :

A central atrium connects the previous Cazier Science and Technology library with the new construction allowing the 2 to figure together .The library is 305,000-square-foot (28,300 m2), about the same because the previous two libraries combined, using technological innovations, the new library may be a more functional building.

Recently labeled a "Smart Library" by Campus Technology magazine, the Merrill–Cazier Library offers a technology-rich environment with frequency identification tags (RFID), a self check-out system, an on site automated retrieval system, the knowledge Commons consisting of 150 computer workstations, group school rooms of which 14 are equipped with computers and enormous screen LCD displays, two multimedia suites, and two library instruction rooms with over 60 workstations.

BARN :

BARN as viewed from basement.
An automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) is an integral part of the building and allows for many years of collection development.Designed and built by Daifuku of America at its North American Headquarters in Salt Lake City, the system is enclosed during a 56-foot-wide (17 m) by 140-foot-long (43 m) and 80-foot-high (24 m) climate-controlled corner of the library building. Three aisles of shelves are served by three Storage and Retrieval Machines (SRMs) which will retrieve a mean of 875 volumes each day . There is space to feature a fourth row of shelves when it's needed.[12] The BARN (Borrower's Automated Retrieval Network) was so named in regard to Utah State University's status as an agricultural school.

All of the Merrill–Cazier Library's bound journals, over 200,000 less frequently used books, and most of the microform are stored within the BARN. There are currently nearly 550,000 items with room to expand to approximately 1.5 million items.

How to fill A money order?

Write the name of the person or business which will receive the cash order on the road that starts with “Pay to the Order Of.”

The recipient are going to be the sole person or company authorized to deposit or cash the cash order. It’s a good idea to fill out this section as soon as possible to make sure it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands, and make sure to spell the name correctly so your recipient will haven't any problem cashing it.

2. Write your address in the purchaser section :

You’re the purchaser, so your information goes during this section. You’ll want the recipient to understand the way to contact you if there are questions or issues with the payment. Sometimes your full name is also required.

3. Include your account number if you’re paying a bill :

Some money orders have a “payment for/account number” field. Filling it out helps confirm your account is credited for the payment.

4. Sign rock bottom where it says ‘purchaser’s signature’ :

Your signature is vital here, because it makes the cash order official. Don’t sign the back. That area is for the person who receives it.

5. Keep your receipt:

This is your proof of payment. Store your receipt during a safe place, just in case there’s a drag later.

When you skills to try to to a postal order correctly, you've got an honest option for transferring money. Unlike writing a check from a private checking account or delivering cash, a postal order gives you proof of payment and assures the recipient that the funds are guaranteed.

So in this way you can fill your money order Very easily.

Why not put property in a trust?

Why not to put in a trust?

Hi. Shyam here. I want to talk to you for two seconds about living revocable trusts we've talked about that a lot in a lot of other site but this one I want to talk about what NOT  to put into your living revocable trust. There are things that don't go into a little revocable trust.
For example an IRA is unique to you you have to own that IRA it can't go in the trust you could maybe make the beneficiary of the IRA the trust but you would never make the owner of the IRA the trust. You're the owner. You have to be the owner. You're the only one that can set up an IRA. Beneficiary, trust? Making the trust the beneficiary of the IRA now you would do that in the IRA document not in the trust that's a whole another discussion on another YouTube but you can yes and no. You're not going to put any of the ERISA the Employee Retirement Income Security Act stuff that's your 401k you will be the owner of the 401k and actually the 401k and the IRA are both trusts. So you name a beneficiary you have a trustee and so we won't make the owner of your 401k or your SEP or whatever it is or your formal 3B or whatever you won't make your living revocable trust the owner.

That's a contract basically between you and the company providing the service the "trusteeship" of the retirement plan or the benefit plan. Now you will name beneficiaries for your 401k or SEP or whatever it is those are normally going to be the children or the spouse first and then the children you could have a living revocable trust act as the beneficiary for the children now I like I said that's another story but you will not put that stuff into the IRA or excuse me into the trust. You'll put things that you sign for that aren't actually already a trust. Other things you don't have to put into a trust you could mention them but you certainly don't have to put them into the trust and that is anything that you can transfer and not have to have a written signature in order to make that transfer. I tell people if you can take it out on the front lawn and sell it at a yard sale and not  have to sign for it, you don't have to put it in the trust. Or if your neighbor can break into the house and get that thing that asset and then sell it without your signature you don't need to put it into the living revocable trust now they can't break into your garage take your car and sell it without your signature your signature has to go on the title in order to transfer the title. They can't break in and get into the bank account because your signature is on it. They can't sell your piece of real property your signature's on it.

Those are the things that you DO put into a trust. So basically the only things that you're not going to be putting into a trust are things that don't require your signature and they could be mentioned in the living revocable trust particularly if  you have a schedule that allows you to distribute personal items that would be attached to the back of the trust and that's the way you avoid the family fight but you could mention specific things that don't have to have your signature but you don't need to mention those--there's no probate on them and what we're doing is avoiding probate there isn't any probate on the 401ks or the IRAs either because you've named beneficiaries and their unique to you you have to be the owner of the IRA like I said.

So other than the retirement plans and stuff that doesn't require your signature there aren't a lot of things that you wouldn't--not--put into your living revocable trust. This is shyam talking about things you .

DON'Tput into your living revocable trust

Why would you put your house in trust?

Why would you put your house in trust?

Hi shyam here. I want to talk to you for a minute about putting property into a trust living revocable trusts everybody I think should actually probably have one if you've got property.

However, they fail in most families because the lawyer doesn't teach themhow to fund the trust. The trust has to own stuff the stocks, the bonds, the bank accounts, the brokerage accounts, the real property How do you get the real property into the trust? well you're gonna have to deed it that's the only way that you transfer a property real property is through a deed. So we're gonna make out a deed from you I assume it's in your name now if it's in your LLC or something you're not gonna put it into the trust just the stuff that's in your name. So you're gonna make out a deed going from you as the grantor to the trust and the trust is then going to be the owner.

A couple of three or four things we've got to talk about. First of all what kind of a deed do you use? You can use a quitclaim deed in this situation if you're moving property to an LLC from you to an LLC or something then you should be using a warranty deed because you want the warranties that are associated with prior deed and the property to go along with the transfer. In this case though basically all we're doing is we're taking the piece of property from one of your pockets and putting it into the other pocket you technically still own it. Well, technically you don't own it legally you don't, the trust does but for all practical reasons, you own it. The courts say you still own it the IRS says you still own it everybody says you still own it kind of. So a quitclaim deed moving it from one of your pockets to the other pocket will work. The warranties are still with you because we didn't change you.

So most attorneys use a quitclaim deed when they transfer property from you to the living revocable trust. By the way a quitclaim deed means you quit claiming any interest that you have in the property and you give that interest whatever it is to the person that the deed goes to the grantee. So we're going to use a quitclaim deed probably it goes from you to the trust on the trust you have to have three parts to the name of the trust and I've told you this lots of times you have to have the name of the trust and that could be your name the John Doe Living Revocable Trust which would be abbreviated John Doe Trust but in this case use the whole name the John Doe Living Revocable Ttrust Under Agreement or Dated such-and-such a date and then the name of the trustee John Doe, Trustee So you're gonna be the guy who gives it up and you're gonna be the guy who takes it as the trustee.

Technically the title is held in the name of the trustee and I get one or twocases a year where the attorney or the title company or whoever forgot the date on the trust or they forgot that trustee's name. So you've got to have all three of those elements name, date, trustee and you've got to have the property description and you've got to have your name as the Grantor. Your name has to be exact on that quick claim deed exactly the way it is on the deed as it is now as you own it now If it's John L. Doe then it needs to be "John L. Doe" onthe quictclaim deed. if it's John Doe on the original deed and you put John L. Doe that ain't going to work, that isn't exactly the same. The names have got to be the same. The property description's got to be the same in the name of the trust once you've got those you're pretty much just in a standard deed situation with a quitclaim deed. Now is there a tax consequence? The answer is no.

However some states have passed laws for example California has Proposition 13 that says we can't increase the property taxes on your property until it changes hands then we get to increase the property taxes. They did this back in the 70s or whenever because the property values were going up so fast in California and they were increasing the property tax every year and the people were going I can't do this so they said okay time out we will onlychange the property tax when you transfer the property. Well this is a transfer of property. Okay Prop 13 says well it's from you to you the law says it's from you to you so in California for example you simply have to tell the state file a paper with them that says we've just transferred it from me to living revocable trust and then they won't increase the property tax.

If you're in Florida or Texas you've got to worry about the homestead you should have a paragraph in your trust that talks about the homesteads and you may have to go down and file a paper with the state saying now now, time out this is still my personal residence I get to homestead it even though it's in the name of the living revocable trust. Call up your County Recorder your parish recorder if you're in Texas and they should be able to tell you what the scoop is on that. So those are things you have to worry about.

You shouldn't have to worry about your insurance it'll still be in your name that's fine it's you it's not like you transferred it to an LLC or something where they get tochange the name of the game you may want to have the insurancecompany recognize  that it's in a trust but that's usually not necessary you shouldn't have to have an increase in the property taxes in fact the law says they can't increase the property tax on me now you may have to notice them like you do in California and I think California is the only one you have to do that with I'm not sure but check so what else do you need to do in orderto transfer real property into your living revocable trust? that's about it it's not hard I would record the deed if the deed ever gets lost then the recording of the deed works I don't even need the deed once it's recorded. So record the deed that's probably a good idea so you don't you don't worry about losing the deed you could keep the deed and not record it and then the family could record it after but you might as well record it, then we know it's there and everything's cool so if you don't record it what do you do with it? Well what are you with it anyway? You put it in your file cabinet or wherever put it in your safe-deposit box I don't care what you do with your deed wherever your deeds are normally kept keep this deed with those deeds. You should be able to transfer your piece of property with really out not much problem as long as it's from you to the living revocable trust use a quitclaim deed make sure the name of the trust is there make sure your name is there exactas it was before if it's you and your wife, husband you got to have the--everybody's gotta sign and of course the deed has it's seven or eight elementsthat you have to follow but we're not going into that right now. So this is shyam talking about how you move a piece of real property into your livingrevocable trust .

Signs which makes you successful person

Signs which makes you successful person

Seven Signs You areGoing to be Successful. What are the chances of you making it? How likely are you going to be successful? After interviewing hundreds and meeting with hundreds of CEOs, athletes, celebrities, some of themost successful people in the world, I asked myself the question, what is it that makes thesuccessful successful?

I've always been fascinated by the mindset of the super successful, their discipline, their focus, their determination in the face of difficulties. What makes them different? These are not theories. These are signs. Let's see how many ofthese signs do you have. Comment below. Sign number one. Successful people have great habits.

Unsuccessful people have lousy habits, habits like smoking, drinking, taking drugs, watching too much TV. You see, successful people are where they are todaybecause of their habits. Habits determine 95%of a person's behavior. Everything that you are today, everything that you will accomplish in the future, isdetermined by the quality of the habits that you form. What I've found that, is the very best people have the best habits.

You see, successful people are simply those with successful habits. Successful habits could be getting up in the morning, meditate, reading, exercising regularly. How many of these habits do you have? Sign number two. Successful people are incredibly driven. How driven are you? Now, I'm not talking aboutyou being a nightmare to work with or bullying other people. I'm talking about you pushingyourself to get results.

It's your personal drives that turns your ideas into actions into results. It is your personal drive that keeps you going when things get tough. It is your personal drives that enables you to bounce back fromdisappointment, from setback. So how driven are you? Or are you lazy? Do you procrastinate? Do you put things off? You see, for the first five years of my career, I didn'ttake a single day off. I was working 10, 12, 14hours every single days for five year straight. Why? Because I was driven. I was driven to provide for my family. I was driven to prove other people wrong. And today I am driven by my mission. How driven are you? Sign number three.

Successful people areconfident in their abilities. You see, the two biggest enemies to success, number one, self-doubt, and number two, fear of the unknown. We struggle with self-doubt. We worry, are we ready for this? Are we good enough? Do we actually have whatit takes to succeed? Confidence is nothing morethan believing in yourself, and believing in yourselves is nothing more than doing the things that you once didn't believe that you could do. You see, confidence comes from competence. It's easy to believe in yourself when everyone believes in you. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about believing in yourself when you're not ready, believing in yourselfwhen no one believes you, believing in yourselfwhen everyone doubts you, that you cannot do it,that you cannot make it, that you don't have what it takes.

That is when you need to develop that unshakeable self-confidence, that belief that you can do it. And confidence is notthe same as arrogance. You see, arrogance is thinking that you're above everybody else. Confidence is knowingthat no one is above you. Do you feel confident enough in your own abilities thatyou can do what it takes? Are you willing to bet on yourself? Not just words, but action, how often you invest in yourself. Are you willing to put everything you have on the line for yourgoals and for your dreams? Do you bet on yourself? Or do you procrastinate? Do you hesitate? Are you a perfectionist? Do you suffer from paralysis analysis? You might have the best ideas and most brilliant ideas in the world, but if you cannot articulate those ideas, you don't know how to communicate those ideas to other people, you won't go anywhere. And communication skillscome in many forms.

I'm talking about writing their email, or writing their social media posts, or conducting that meeting,or speaking one-on-one, speaking on the phone, talking with a prospect, or even speakingto large groups of people. All those falls undercommunication skills. One of the things that I did that changed my life early on in my career is I joined Toastmasters to hone and develop my public speaking skills. I was also learning from a mentor to develop my copywriting skill which is communicationin the written forms, how to use words in print topersuade, influence somebody.

So all successful people, they have this one thing in common, the ability to influence, persuade, and inspire other people. Sign number five. They have a growth mindset. Mark Cuban reads three hours a day. Bill Gates reads atleast one hour per day. I go through two to three books per week. For years now, I'm stillconstantly learning all the time. And I'm not just talkingabout reading a book. It could be listening to a podcast, talking to other successful people, getting coaching from your mentors. But successful people,we're always learning and growing, and we never stop. One time I was asking avery successful person out for lunch. He's been very successfulfor so many years.

He's in a merger and acquisitions space. He's had multiple successful exits, so multiple companies,at a very young age. When we sat down and we're sitting across each other, andwhen we had that meal, the first thing that he did is he pulled out a journal and taking notes, and started asking me questions, learning. I was the one who wanted to learn from him, but it turns outinto a learning session, that he's learning from me. I'll never forget that, because you see, the more you know, the moreyou realize you don't know. The less you know, themore you think you know. Sign number six. Successful people embrace failures. Do you embrace failures? Or do you take failures personally? You see, successful people, they are ridiculously positive about their future. They always speak positivelyabout their future, where things are going, as if it's already happened, even though there's no way that it could happen.

They believe in themselves. They have positive expectationsabout their future. Walt Disney was firedby news editors saying that he had no imaginationand no creativity. Steven Spielberg was rejected three times by film school beforegetting his huge break. Colonel Sanders, at the age of 56, got rejected a thousand times for his recipe before arestaurant picks it up. You will notice, themost successful people in any field, they are usually the ones who have failedmore than anybody else.
You see, the differencebetween a successful person and everyone else is not a lack of strength, it's not a lack of knowledge. It's a lack of will. Winston Churchill said it best, "Success is going from failure "to failure without losing enthusiasm." Take sales and closing for example. The most successful salespeople, the highest-paid successful closers in the world, guess what. They are the ones whoexperience rejections on a day-to-day basis more than anybody else, and that'swhat makes them successful. Success is on the razor's edge of failure. Sign number seven. They have high EQ. Not IQ, but EQ. They may not be the smartestpeople in the world, but they surround themselveswith smart people. They may not be the beststudents in the world, but yet they demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence. You see, when it comes tosuccess, EQ eats IQ for breakfast. Now, IQ, mostly it's genetic, what you're born with. However, EQ could be developed, learned, and refined. Successful people, they have a high degree of emotional intelligence, meaning that they don't crack under pressure. They stay calm. They know how to deal with stress. They know how to deal with anxiety, even when things don't go their way. Successful people arealso very self-aware, meaning that they knowwhat they're good at, what they're not good at,what their strengths are and what their weaknesses are. They know how to manage their emotions. They refuse to feel inadequate, resentful, disappointedwhen failure hits them. So how many of these signs do you have? How likely are you going to be successful? If you have a few of thesesigns, congratulations.

Chances of you becomingsuccessful, it's quite high. If you have all thesesigns, then the chances of you becoming successfulis very, very high. Now, having these signs is one thing, but you need one more thing, and that is, you combine your signs with skills. That's how you truly become successful. Signs, this is just your potential.
