Self improvement is very important for our development. 

So i am here to tell about the 8 self improvement principles which helps you to improve  your life and brings happiness in your beautiful life. 

Self improvement  helps to move you towards  your big goals. 

1. Drink more water:

we should drink at least 8 glass water a day. 
This helps us from various problems like dehydration, headache, fatigue, skinissues. 
It gives more energy and it is scientifically proved. 

2.Eat whole foods:

 we  should eat whole food. We should take good diet like fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits, nuts and swa p out processed meals. We should not eat much junk food. Good diet helps us to improve our health. 

3. Practice daily gratitude:

There are many benefits of gratitude like increse happiness and positive mood  , less fatigued, better sleep, better physical health and encourages the development of patience and wisdom. 

4.Pick up a book:

we should read a book because we can learn something everytime. Reading of book strengthing the brain, builds vocabulary, reduce stress and increase empathyempathy, promote mental health , gives free entertainment, and boosts sleep. 

5.Listen to a ted talk :

We should listen more and speak less. This helps us to make better relationship and cooperation, increases trust, boosted confidence and give brief conservations. 

6.Forgive someone:

As we have all made mistakes . We should forgive a person who make mistakes. This helps us to improved mental healths, improve heart health, improve self esteem, build better relationship, lowers the blood pressure and strengthen the immune system. 

7.Join a group of supportive individual:

We should join a group of supporting individuals. This helps us to feeling less lonely, reducing distress and depression, improving skills to cope up with problemsproblems and also learning about health, economic or about social surrounding. 

8.Congratulate yourself for this growth:
